- May 19th, 2009: The popular television Glee aired its pilot episode on the Fox Network.
- June 25th, 2009: Michael Jackson died at the age of 50 years old.
- September 13th, 2009: Kanye West interrupts Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech at the VMA’s for Best Female Video.
